By this Civil Application the applicant seeks to rely upon the marks memo of T.E.T. Examination of the applicant in the Writ Petition No.4899 of 2019 filed by her. The Writ Petition is still pending. We accordingly allow the applicant to rely upon the said document at the stage of hearing the Writ Petition. The said document would be considered by this Court at the stage of hearing of the Writ Petition. Hence Civil Application is disposed of in terms of prayer Clause (B).

The respondents proposes to file an additional affidavit in respect of the said additional documents, allowed to be relied upon in favour of the petitioner. Respondents are at liberty to file the said additional affidavit within one week from today with a copy to be served upon the petitioners' advocate simultaneously.
