Heard the learned advocate for the Petitioners and the learned AGP. It is undisputed that Members of the Juvenile Justice Board are entitled to remuneration on the basis of their attendance in the various meetings and business, transacted by the Juvenile Justice Board. The Petitioners are before us for claiming the unpaid remuneration.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the State Government to ensure that the remuneration is paid as per the records, within 60 days from today.
