Leave granted. The name of respondent no. 2 be deleted forthwith.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent / State.

The crime has been registered against the applicant and other co-accused by the Parner Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 404, 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The sum and substance of the first information report (FIR) reveals that the complainant has alleged that the false and forged
6-ABA-634-22.odt documents are created by impersonation in the name of deceased, therefore, fraud has been played and forgery has been committed. So far as the applicant is concerned, the allegation is that he has scribed two documents. Except this, there is no allegation made against him. However, he has tried to point out that he knows the lady, who has executed documents impersonating as the true owner of the property-in-question. The allegation levelled against the applicant does not prime facie reveal that something would be disclosed. The custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Hence, a good case is made out for anticipatory bail. Therefore, the following order - i) The application is allowed.
ii) In the event of arrest, the applicant Uddhav Dattatray Bhise be released on bail, on executing PB and SB of Rs. 15,000/- with one solvent surety of like amount, in connection with C. R. No. 0265 of 2022, registered with Parner Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 404, 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on condition that, he shall attend the police station as and when called by the police on written notice.
iii) Hamdust allowed.
