Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Pursuant to the notices to Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, the affidavit in reply is filed. It is stated in the affidavit in reply that as and when the petitioner's turn will come as per seniority for absorption of surplus teachers, the petitioner would be absorbed in private aided school.
