1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents.

2] It appears that First Appeal No.293 of 1995 filed by the United Assurance Company is dismissed by this Court, by order dated 25th June, 2009.

3] It is informed that the Insurance Company has deposited the amount in this Court. The amount deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court along with accrued

6275.24CA interest thereon, be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon in MACP No.61 of 1986. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon is directed issue notice to the claimants and disburse the amount to the claimants.

3] Liberty is granted to the applicants to file an application before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon for withdrawal of the amount along with accrued interest thereon.

4] The present Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
