It is a case of the suicide by the husband due to harassment to him by his wife. The deceased husband was complaining against his wife that she used to take his salary and her relatives were also harassing him. He was, time and again, complaining about harassment given to him by his wife and the present applicants. The applicants claim that they are residents of Pune and have no concern with the alleged incident. In the year 1998, their sister married with deceased and to the date of the incident, the deceased never lodged any complaint.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute, it appears that the deceased had no good terms with his wife. However, he never lodged any complaint against his wife or the present applicants. In the light of the allegations made in the first information report, there is nothing to be recovered and discovered from the applicants. This is a fit case to release them on anticipatory bail. Hence, the interim protection granted to the applicants is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. The Criminal Application is allowed in above terms.
