Civil Application No. 7282/2023 is filed for condonation of delay of 149 days caused in filing second appeal. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is illeterate lady and she was not communicated the order passed by the first appellate court and as such, there was delay in receiving information of the judgment passed against her. Thereafter, the appellant had contacted the advocate at High Court and thus, delay of 149 days has been caused in filing second appeal. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 149 days caused in filing the second appeal is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of.

After removal of the office objections, list the second appeal on 24.8.2023.
