Mr.Gaikwad, learned Counsel appears for respondent no.4.

There is a consensus amongst the learned Counsel for the parties that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by giving direction to the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik, to consider the letter written by the Head Master of respondent no.4 on 20.10.2015 and to take corrective measures, after verifying the record maintained by respondent no.4 as well as the office of the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik.

Accordingly, we direct the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik, to take decision on the letter written to him by respondent no.4 on 20.10.2015, after verifying the record maintained by his office and if necessary, summoning the record from the office of respondent no.4. In case, the said authority accepts the contentions of the Management as recorded in the letter on 20.10.2015, it shall take necessary corrective measures/steps immediately and ensure

3 2-wp6238.odt that the petitioner would receive salary. This entire exercise is to be done as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks from today. 5.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
