Learned Counsel for the respondent, upon instructions, makes statement that the respondent is ready and willing to pay Rs.7500/- per date towards travelling and out of pocket expenses for attending the proceedings being P.A. No. 267 of 2017 pending on the file of Family Court, Pune.

The statement is accepted as an undertaking.

The respondent shall within four weeks from today deposit an amount of Rs.15,000/- before Family Court, Pune in the said proceedings, out of which, amount of Rs.7500/- be paid to the applicant on each date towards expenses.

The respondent shall continue to deposit such amount of Rs.7500/- on each date.

The hearing of the proceedings being P.A.

No. 267 of 2017 pending on the file of Family Court, Pune stands expedited.

Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of in above terms.
