In view of the above, Civil Application stands disposed of Writ Petition No. 4465 of 2023 :

This petition challenges the Circular dated 04th July, 2022, whereby the administrative sanction accorded to the earlier works has been stayed.

We may consider the prayer with regard to the earlier works not being proceeded with. As far as the budgetary provision is concerned, the financial year 2023-24 has just begun. We will consider the said prayer on receiving reply of the respondents. 5.
At the request of the learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3, place the matter on 26th June, 2023. 6.
In case we accpet the contention of the petitioner that the works under the earlier administrative sanction are to be proceeded with, then we will certainly consider the prayer with regard to allocation of the budget for the same. [NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.] [ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] SG Punde
