This is an application for condonation of delay of 641 days. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2- claimants have suo motu appeared in the proceeding through learned counsel Shri P.M. Janapurkar. Learned AGP waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 2.

Learned counsel Shri Janapurkar submits that he does not want to fle reply to this application and he has no objection if delay is condoned subject to depositing entire decretal amount with interest. Learned AGP also has no objection for condonation of delay.

In view of the statement made, delay is condoned. Civil application stands disposed of.
