Heard learned advocate for the petitioner.

It appears that the impugned order has been passed with reference to death of original licence holder and the matter has been resting with concerned authority for decision pursuant to order dated 29th January, 2016. Even the petitioner appears to have filed certain representation / application before the concerned authority.

Although it is being contended that order dated 29th January, 2016 has been passed without hearing the petitioner, since the matter is resting with the concerned authority for

{2} wp7041-16 action pursuant to said order dated 29th January, 2016 and an application / representation has already been made by the petitioner, no fruitful purpose is likely to be served by any decision in the writ petition.

Writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Application / representation if any, of the petitioner before the concerned authority be decided in accordance with law.
