After final adjudication of appeals, acquiring body deposited amount in this Court in pursuance of the modified judgment and order of the High Court. Applicants are entitled to receive amount with accrued interest. 2.

Claims stated in this application have not been disputed by the respondents. The entitlement of applicants is not under challenge. Applicants are to be disbursed the amount deposited by the acquiring body to their extent.
