1] This is an application seeking codonation of delay of about 19 days in presenting the criminal appeal. The applicant ­ accused has been convicted for commission of offence punishable u/s 376 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life.

2] Considering the contentions raised in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Delay occurred in present the criminal appeal stands condoned.
