Heard learned counsel for the appellant. When this court expressed disinclination to allow this appeal, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal. Learned counsel further submitted that the appellant would surrender before the trial court. Hence, directions be given to the trial court to decide the matter within time frame. In my view, this court is not aware about the pendency before the trial court. 2.
