The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the award is passed, however, the compensation is not determined individually but is determined jointly amongst all the interested persons. The petitioner has filed application for apportioning his amount to the extent of which petitioner entitled to. 2.

The competent authority shall consider the objection of the petitioner (P. 50, Annexure-D) on its own merits as per Section

2 96WP4893.2018 3H(4) of the National Highways Act and shall take decision upon it within a period of four (4) months.
