Mr. Bhavthankar, learned Advocate holding for learned advocate Mr. Deshmukh for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 on instructions, submits that, the petition is filed against the order refusing to transfer of the proceeding of S.C.C.No. 543/2009 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal Misc. Application No. 575/2024. It is submitted that now the concerned Magistrate is transferred to other place. The Petition, therefore, has become infructuous.
