The learned advocate for the respondent-Insurance Company which has preferred the appeal at the outset submits that in fact, though the order was passed while filing the appeal enabling it to deposit the money as a condition for stay, it had not deposited the money and the stay stood vacated automatically. However, today he is ready with the cheque which may be accepted and appropriate order be passed on this application.
