Heard. Perused the report received from Jt. Civil Judge, Junior Division & Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jalgaon. It appears that the charge came to be framed on 20.1.2015. On the same day, witness summons were issued and next date was fixed on 24.3.2015. On 24.3.2015, accused No.1 filed application at Exhibit 21 for issuance of passport of the

Criminal W.P.No.663/2015 complainant. On the same application, say of the complainant was called. On 30.6.2015, complainant appeared before the Court and filed say on Exhibit 21. On 30.6.2015, the Court was on Casual Leave. There was no hearing on Exhibit 21. Now the matter is fixed on 21.7.2015 for hearing on Exhibit 21 and also for recording evidence of prosecution witnesses. Since the charge is already framed, we are not inclined to exercise writ jurisdiction to entertain the prayer of the petitioner for quashing F.I.R./ Charge Sheet. Petition stands rejected.
