The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners (page Nos. 46 to 48) are pending with the Education Officer (Secondary). Same are not decided till today. 2.

In case proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners are pending before the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
