The petitioner is challenging the order of invalidation which is common order in his matter and the matter of his blood relation Gajanan Suryakant Kongalwar. Gajanan has already been successful in challenging the order in Writ Petition No.5658/2025 decided on 29.04.2025. Apart from several other aspect, the very fact that the impugned order has already been quashed and set aside in the matter of one of the claimant - Gajanan, for the selfsame reason, the petitioner is entitled to have a certificate of validity.

The writ petition is allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside even to the extent of the petitioner. He shall be issued with a certificate of validity of 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe. 3.
