PER COURT :- 1) Heard. We are of the opinion that the petitioners are not directly affected persons. However, in case reduction of the workload affects upon other Professors/students, they will at liberty to file a comprehensive representation to the respondents, and if such representation is filed, the respondents to decide the same, keeping in view the workload made available in other universities. We do not see any reason to entertain this petition.

2) With the above observations, the petition stands rejected.
