Order :- The present application is moved on behalf of appellantInsurance Company for seeking stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amalner, District Jalgaon, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 18 of 2010. This Court under Order dated 16-08-2013 granted the stay subject to condition that entire decreetal amount would be deposited within a period of four weeks from the date of order.

The record adumbrates that the decreetal amount has been deposited and some part of the decreetal amount came to be disbursed to the respondents-claimants. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep alive the present application for stay in the proceedings.

Accordingly, the civil application for stay stands disposed of. No order as to the costs.
