By this petition, the petitioner has put forth prayer Clause (B) as under:

(B) By issuing writ of mandamus, or any other writ in like nature, the respondent no.2 may please be directed to decide the caste claim of petitioner submitted vide letter dated 27.01.2020 within stipulated period.

We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.G. P. on behalf of the respondents. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2/Committee to decide the pending caste claim of the petitioner dated 27.01.2020 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31.08.20201.
