1) The application is filed for condonation of delay of 153 days caused in filing civil revision application against the judgment an decree of Regular Civil Appeal No.29/2014 which was pending in the Court of the District Judge-2 Bhusawal. Heard both the sides.

2) Nothing could have been achieved by the applicant, land lady by not filing the proceeding in time as the decision given by the trial court in her favour is set aside by the first appellate Court. In view of the

2 CA 8023 of 2016 contentions made in the application and the submissions made this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. 3) Notice in civil revision application. Learned counsel waives for respondent Nos.1 and 2. List the revision application for admission purpose on 19th August 2016. Call record and proceeding. Till disposal of the revision application the order of remand made by the first appellate Court is stayed.
