By this petition the petitioner is seeking writ of mandamus for direction to be issued to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to permit the petitioner to inspect the record of respondent No. 4.

In our opinion, the petitioner has liberty to exhaust the remedy available under the statutory framework i.e. the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, including Section 91 thereof. 3.

In view of the above, we find that this petition is misconceived and not maintainable. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. 4.
