The Petitioner desires that, this Court should vacate the ad-interim order passed by Respondent No.2/Chief Minister, Maharashtra State, granting stay to the proposal of the Petitioner. He fairly concedes that the Petitioner has not filed any application before Respondent No.2, praying for vacating of the ad-interim order.

In view of the above, if the Petitioner prefers an application before Respondent No.2, seeking vacating of the interim order, the said application shall be decided by the said

5401.24wp (2) Authority by following the due procedure laid down in law and by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders. Let such hearing be concluded and order be passed, within a period of 45 days from the date of the first hearing. 3.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
