Learned counsel for petitioners resiles to a situation whereunder, without getting into merits of the case, there can be directions to the authorities to take steps for holding elections. 2.

In view of the same, petition is not being entertained on merits. However, concerned authorities shall take effective steps for holding elections of the society preferably within a period of three months from today subject to payment of amount of expenses and other compliances as may be required by authorities. 3.

Writ petition accordingly is disposed of.
