PER COURT:- 1.

As far as directions for holding elections are concerned, it would no be appropriate at this time of Covid pandemic to entertain such requests. 2.

The petitioner is also assailing the advertisement issued for filling in the post. Writ Petition bearing No.11431/2018 is pending before this Court. The subject matter of applicability of the reservation and other aspects are to be dealt with in the said writ petition. The petitioner is contending that the advertisement issued would not be in consonance with the orders passed in the earlier writ petition.

Mr. Girase, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would file Civil Application in pending Writ Petition No.11431/2018. 4.

In view of that, writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner may take steps as is permissible in law.

As far as the relief of direction against the respondents to hold election and appointment of an Administrator is concerned, if the elections are not held within a reasonable time after the situation improves, liberty to the petitioner to move afresh.
