Mr. Narwade, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner had moved the District Collector Osmanabad for giving rates as per Government Resolution dated 19th December, 2018. The petitioner has given representation dated 20.04.2019, but the same is not considered. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case representation filed by the petitioner page 43-44 (Exhibit - G) is pending with the respondent No. 2/Collector

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
