Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is making limited request seeking directions against the respondent to decide his representation dated 3rd

None appears for respondent nos. 3 and 4.

Respondent nos. 3 and 4 shall decide the representation of the petitioner dated 3rd April, 2018 (Exhibit 'D') expeditiously and preferably within 15 days. The petitioner shall communicate this order to respondent nos. 3 and 4.
