So far as civil application for condonation of delay is concerned, with the consent of both the sides, delay stands condoned. Civil application for delay condonation stands disposed of. 2.
The Registry to register the appeal as per procedure forthwith.

So far as the first appeal stamp number is concerned, this appeal is preferred by the ICICI Lambord General Insurance Company Ltd. feeling aggrieved by the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Jalgaon. This appeal is placed before us today's before the National Lok Adalat. The appellant/Insurance Company does not want to prosecute with the appeal and filed pursis to that effect. It is taken on record and marked as Art. 'X' for record purpose.

The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant/Insurance Company makes a statement that amount of compensation as per the Award passed by the MACT, Jalgaon has been deposited in this Court and the original claimants are entitled to withdraw entire amount of compensation along with the interest accrued thereon. 5.
The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. In case, the original claimants/respondents files substantive appeals for enhancement of compensation, the appellant is at liberty to seek for restoration of present appeal. Accordingly, appeal stands disposed of. 6.
The amount, if any, deposited in this Court/Registry, shall be paid to the original claimants in terms of award. 7.
The Chairman/Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Jalgaon be informed accordingly.

The court fee refund certificate be issued as per the rules. 9.
