Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. The challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 16/4/2019, passed by the District Judge-2, Sangamner, granting stay to the execution of the decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No.694/2011 until final disposal of the appeal. 2.

Perused the impugned order. I see no reason to interfere therewith. The purpose of the petitioners could very well be served if the learned District Judge is requested to decide the appeal within a time frame. Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of with a direction to the District Judge-2, Sangamner to decide the appeal at the earliest and preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
