On instructions from the appellant insurance company learned counsel for the appellant submits that the amount in terms of award shall be deposited within six weeks. Statement made by the advocate is accepted. Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause-B subject to deposit of amount within six weeks. 2.

On failure to deposit the amount within six weeks, the stay shall automatically stand vacated, unless the time is extended before due date to deposit the amount.
