It is pointed out that, there is alternative remedy available under Section 52 (B) of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963.

In view of the same, this Court deems it fit not to entertain the writ petition in view of availability of alternative remedy. 4.

The writ petition thus stands disposed of.

Needless to say that, parties are at liberty to agitate all the arguable grounds before the Appellate Court.
