Liberty to correct the cause title of the petition. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

The petitioner has prayed for issuance of directions to the respondents to take decision on the caste verification claim submitted to the Scrutiny Committee and pending as on today, expeditiously. 3.

The petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2 Committee to take decision on the caste verification claim pertaining to the petitioner as early as possibly, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit caste validation certificate.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
