The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner is fixed for hearing on 08.07.2021 at 02:00 PM.

Mr. Hange, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would try to remain present before the Appellate Authority tomorrow but in case if it is not possible the further date be directed to be given.

The petitioner may get the date from the Appellate Authority as per the convenience of the Appellate Authority. In case the petitioner appears tomorrow, then the Appellate Authority may endeavour to decide the proceeding on it's own merits, in accordance with law, Rules within a period of four (04) months.
