The applicant has explained as to why he could not remain present before this Court when the matter was adjourned to 06.01.2021 and 3rd February, 2021. Learned counsel for the applicant states that he will not seek any adjournment as and when the Writ Petition is called in future. Statement of the learned counsel is accepted. Order dated 03.02.2021 is recalled. Writ Petition No. 7421 of 2020 is restored to its original fle.
