Mr. Bhumkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is submitted for sanction of additional posts of teachers in the year-2014 (Exhibit -E, Page-32), however, the same is not yet decided.

We have heard the learned counsel and the learned A.G.P. for the respondents.

It is stated that the Education Officer has already forwarded the said proposal to the Director of Education, however, it is not decided by the Director of Education. 4.

In case, the proposal (Exhibit-E, Page-32) is pending with the respondent No. 2 then, the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within 6 months. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
