These appeals are placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present. Mr. Patil, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2/original claimants is present. The learned advocate for the

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the MACT, Dhule in MACP No. 12/2009.

In view of the withdrawal pursis (marked as "X") both the appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn.

The amount deposited in First Appeal No. 2909/2018 be transmitted to the Court of MACT, Dhule.
