Report has been received from the learned District Judge/Additional Sessions Judge, Omerga stating that the matter is now posted for final arguments after recording evidence of defence witness also and the report says that the matter was posted on 28.06.2023 and most probably he would have heard the final arguments by this time. It will require some time to pronounce the Judgment. Under such circumstance, when substantial part is over, there is no necessity to exercise discretion.
