There seems to be delay of 135 days in preferring the first appeal against the judgment and award dated 4.12.2006, passed by the Addl. District Judge-I at Beed in L.A.R. No.136 of 2006.

In order to decide the matter on merits and considering the reasons assigned in the application for condonation of delay, delay stands condoned. 4.

The application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed. 5.
