There is innocuous prayer in the petition inasmuch it is the grievance of the petitioner that though the petitioner filed representation dated 10.3.2014 with respondent No.1, same is not decided. We direct the respondent No.1 to decide the said representation, if not already decided, in accordance with law/ rules/ procedure, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
