Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and also the AGP for the State.

At the outset, we expressly opined that we will be considering the petition only to the extent of prayer (B) which reads as under :- "(B) By issuing a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the like nature, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 initiate inquiry against the respondent No. 5 the Malganga Nagari Sahakari

Patsanstha Maryadit, Nighoj, Tq. Parner, Dist. Ahmednagar as per the representation dated 25.10.2022 fled by the petitioner."

Without going into the merits of the matters suffice for the purpose to observe that the petitioner is complaining about several mis-deeds in the functioning of the Credit Co-operative Society, he has put up a grievance with the respondent No.2 - The Commissioner for Co-operation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies vide representation dated 25.10.2022.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2022 (Exhibit 'C') on its own merits as expeditiously as possible.
