Mr. Chaudhari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking limited relief i.e. direction against respondent no.2 to decide her validation proceedings. The same is pending since long and institution is insisting for producing validity certificate. 2.

In case, validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 05.07.2021.
