We have heard Mr.Shinde, learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents no.1 and 2. 2] The petitioner seeks direction against respondent to carry out mutation entry as per mortgage deed dated 26/02/2008 and the panchanama conducted by respondent no.3 dated 5/1/2010. In fact the subsequent correction deed has been executed between the parties on 2/2/2012. According to the petitioner the said execution deed is executed under coercion.

3] In that case the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is before Civil Court with regard to the instrument in question. 4] In light of the above, grievance raised by the petitioner cannot be considered in the present Writ Petition. The petitioner may take steps as is permissible under the law. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
