This application has been filed by Shri Syed Imtiaz Jaleel, the Hon'ble Member of Parliament representing the Aurangabad Parliamentary Constituency.

Having considered it's contents, we are of the view that in so far as the status of the medical faculties of the Government Medical College and Hospital at Aurangabad as well as the Dental College at Aurangabad, is an issue which

This Criminal Application is, therefore, disposed off. 4.

Nevertheless, we grant liberty to the said applicant to assist the Court in this PIL in the event of he bringing to light issues as regards spread of Corona virus and the treatment of COVID-19 patients as well as mucormycosis patients in the Marathwada region.
