Heard the rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking condonation of huge delay of 5863 days which appears to be caused due to their financial crises. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that delay is inordinate and not properly explained. The Acquiring Body though served but remained absent. However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 5863 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay. The appeal be placed for admission after removing office objections if any. Application is disposed of.
