Learned AGP has placed on record a copy of the Government Resolution dated 03.08.2019. He would submit that the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with. Accordingly, at item 6 of the Government Resolution, Dr. Balasaheb Shankarrao Nagargoje has been transferred to the general hospital, Parbhani, in the vacant post as per his request from the handicap category. 2.

The order, therefore, stands complied. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, does not press the contempt. The contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The Government Resolution dated 03.08.2019 is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.
