(a) The application is allowed.

(b) Pending the appeal, the execution of substantive sentences of imprisonment imposed upon the applicant by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Osmanabad in Sessions Case No. 02 of 2019, by the judgment and order dated 13.02.2023, to stand suspended and the applicant is

967criappln1705.23 released on bail on their executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety each in the like amount.

(b) The fees of the learned Advocate appointed to represent respondent No. 2 is quantified for Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand).
